Washing Instructions: For Bamboo and hemp inserts: Wash seperately in warm or hot for the first 2 washes as some pilling may occur. Inserts will reach full absorbency after about 6 washes but are fine to use before that. They have naturally occuring oils that need to be washed out before they work their best!
